Bryan was great at understanding what we were looking for. He never pushed us in a direction. He knew us well enough to know that a property we viewed was a "no" before we even said it. We appreciated the dedication and communication, especially when I was stressed. He worked well with appraisers and lenders to make sure things were taken care of and questions were answered. He even traipsed through overgrown pastures with us to check out barns. We felt like he partnered with us.
The only things I would change were moving and closing times. It was very difficult to get completely moved the day of closing and we almost had to pay to rent an air B & B with our pets when there was a hiccup with our purchase closing. After ALL of the fees, that additional cost was an unpleasant possibility. Luckily Bryan stayed on the appraiser and got the hiccups resolved and that was not needed. Knowing what we know now, we might have rented a truck 2 days before instead of the day before so it would be less of a time crunch. We had rented storage units to begin moving things out when house was listed- I highly recommend that.
Our last home purchase with the VA loan seemed smoother but only because we weren't buying AND selling at the same time. Bryan made the process as easy as possible and got us thru like a true partner.
