We recently sold my mother-in-law’s home when she passed away. Becky was our realtor. We have purchased 2 homes from Becky and knew she was the best. The house sold immediately which was great, but there’s always glitches! Becky handled everything so professionally. It was an emotional sale for us since it had been my MIL’s home and Becky helped so much. She listened and she acted! If we needed something, she was there. She communicated with us and I never doubted that her information and advice were from an expert. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Becky is knowledgeable and caring. You never know what you will face, yet she had the answers. We were selling Mom’s home after her recent passing. Becky handled everything and kept us informed. Thank you, so much Becky.

Becky has helped us buy and sell several houses. She is all very knowledgeable, and brings her A-game every time. She is truthful, and never gives you false hope. We will continue using her for our realty needs. Thanks Becky!

A special thanks to the best realtor for this amazing gift for our new home. Becky Burghart with Berkshire Hathaway was nothing short of amazing.

Becky is a joy. She is sweet, understanding, knowledgable, & helpful. She really takes the time to understand your needs and suggests appropriate solutions.

I recently moved my Uncle to Illinois for him to be closer to his family. I had the task of selling his home in Topeka, from Illinois. Becky was extremely helpful in this process. She help with finding services to get the house prepped for sale and was always keeping me up-to-date on the process. I wasn’t sure that I would be able to do this without returning to Topeka for the closing. Becky took care of everything. I was able to e-sign all the necessary documents and complete the transaction from Illinois. Becky was recommended to me and was an excellent choice. Very professional and detail oriented. She even deposited the proceeds in my uncle’s account the same day she received the check. I can say without a doubt, that I would highly recommend Becky for any real estate transaction!!
