We had a great experience working with Chilliak Realty. They were able to help us during a difficult time during our separation to sell our house, and find a new condo for myself.
I have been very impressed with the Chilliak Team in regards to my recent house purchase. I got a very good purchase price in a hot market. I will b using them for future endeavors.
My wife and I were very impressed with their teams professional approach. They were respectful and never once gave the sense that they were talking above your level of knowledge. We were kept updated regularly through the process. Not least, they’re very nice people.
We have known and dealt with Barry Chilliak since April, 2011. He is very professional and knowledgeable. We would recommend him to anyone buying or selling property.
