Barrington Harvey is the definition of MVP, We had a crazy tough time with our lender not stepping up or communicating which prolonged our whole process but Barrington was there every step of the way and going above and beyond his own job description to make sure we were on the right track and things went as good as they possibly could. Our experience with Barrington and Howard/Hanna Rand Realty was excellent. First, they were able to push our bank to accept a property (a coop) that the bank said previously that they would not. Although the bank was quite poor at handling the matter, Barrington ensured consistent and concise communication was going on between us, the lenders, sellers and attorneys, as well as the other realtor. Being consistently informed helped ease the process, especially when our lender was lacking in that front. Barrington often knew the information right away a communicated it then and there. We had the pleasure of working with Barrington for our move from New York to out West. We had to leave NY prior to our house selling. It was stressful as the winter months passed and not being in the same State. Barrington and his Team visited our house regularly to check up on it.
