Barbara was incredible to work with. She is an effective communicator who goes above and beyond in supporting her clients, keeping your interests front and center. Barb responds quickly to correspondence and is very organized, ensuring that nothings falls between the cracks and that the process continues moving forward. Although my situation was more complex than usual, with the need to meet very tight deadlines and to coordinate with multiple parties, Barb maintained her polite and pleasant demeanor, remaining composed throughout. Finally, not only was she supportive during the deal making process, but once the transaction closed she continued to provide useful guidance and advice. I highly recommend Barb as a real estate agent.

In a word: Amazing. When my client asked if we could close the purchase of their new home 2 weeks earlier than planned, I was worried. We needed our mortgage lender, the clients lawyer and the sellers all on schedule to make this happen.Barbara and her team didn't just step up to the plate, they exceeded all possible expectations. I want to say thank you very much to her and her team for ensuring such a smooth process for our client (and for relieving my own personal stress throughout the process!)

Total professional who knows her market. I would not hesitate to use her for any of my real estate needs. The best!

Barb is professional, compassionate and very knowledgeable. She explains everything clearly and has your best interests in mind. My family has had her sell three houses for us and we highly recommend her to sell yours!

Barbara has been absolutely wonderful to work with! From the very beginning, she has been incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. As an American renting in Canada for the first time, I had a lot of questions and logistics to figure out, and Barbara made the entire experience feel so much easier and less intimidating. She went above and beyond to coordinate everything for me, including arranging a FaceTime walkthrough of the apartment with the owner, answering all of my questions, and helping make sure I understood everything before moving forward. She was always patient and quick to communicate, and I genuinely felt like she cared about finding the right situation for me rather than simply trying to close a deal.I'm incredibly grateful for how welcoming and accommodating she has been. I couldn't have asked for a better person to help me through this process, and I would highly recommend Barbara to anyone looking for a realtor in the Fort Erie/Ridgeway area!Thank you so much, Barbara!
