One word for Barb M. - Fabulous. She returns calls and e-mails promptly; is there to "hold your hand" while going through the process; and has an abundance of knowledge about the areas she serves and the buying/selling process herself. We have sold two residences with her without a hitch, despite all the "necessities" required by the government and other localities. In addition to all the above, she is a generally great person.
