To me, Barbara is not only a real estate agent. She is a friend I can always turn to when I need help with my properties. We bought a rental house in the winter of 2018. Our budget was only $100k but we looked at about 15 properties. Barbara was with us the whole time. She even helped us find a property manager to take care of it. When we decided to sell the rental property in 2022, Barbara was the only realtor that came to my mind. She has a good team to clean, repair properties, and take beautiful photos. 2022 was not a good year for the housing market and we encountered quite a few issues with the buyers. One switched jobs and lost the mortgage. One did not show up at closing. One violated contract terms and filed a lawsuit to recover earnest money. Barbara appeared in court twice as my witness. With her integrity and diligence, we won the lawsuit and sold the property to the best offer. If you need a realtor I highly recommend Barbara Kieffer!

Barbra was AWESOME!!! She is very knowledgeable of the current housing market and gave me great ideas for staging the house for sale. Barbara was recommended to us through a coworker of mine. She helped us purchase our first home and made it a great and easy experience. We didn't know what we were getting into having never bought a home before but she made the process as smooth as can be. After a few years and our family growing we were ready to sell that house and move to another so we called her up to let her know our intentions.
