Barb went above and beyond at every decision. She was honest, full of great knowledge, and it was clear that she truly had our best interest at heart. Working with her was a pleasure and a privilege!

One can not go wrong with Barb Westlake as your realtor. We are new to California and Barb Westlake was a tremendous help with the buying of our new home. She negotiated the price to our liking and made sure that everything was done by the seller as promised. She was and still is always there when we need her. The closing of the house was very easy and professionally done. Barb arranged for all the work that needed to be done to the house. We consider her as a good friend now and highly recommend her.
