Mr. Badar Zaman is an outstanding realtor who is both patient and highly dedicated to meeting his clients’ needs. Licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC, he was instrumental in helping me explore multiple buying options as I considered purchasing a home in Maryland to be closer to my mother. He consistently arrived on time and guided me through numerous properties, carefully addressing concerns as they arose. Although several homes ultimately proved unsuitable due to various issues—through no fault of his—Mr. Zaman remained patient and persistent throughout the process. He even traveled as far as Williamsburg, Virginia, where a promising property unfortunately revealed significant problems upon closer inspection. We continued searching until I found the perfect new-build home that met all my expectations. Mr. Zaman then skillfully negotiated on my behalf, saving me a substantial amount of money—funds I was able to put toward window treatments and new furniture. I highly recommend Mr. Badar Zaman to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, committed, and trustworthy realtor.
