It was great to work with Ayumi again on the sale of my mother’s home. Ayumi did an amazing job creating a Comparative Market Analysis for this home. It was far more detailed than I’ve seen from other realtors.
Ayumi is very knowledgeable of the selling process and always kept us informed. She was readily accessible and has a very positive attitude. Would highly recommend her for your next sale.
We had a great experience working with Ayumi. Not only was she professional and knowledgeable but she was also fun to work with.
If I have any friends/family in the future looking for a home in the Seattle area I will refer them to her.
Been in business for 50+ years and I am very apprehensive about hiring family members for anything. Ayumi was professional, and prompt, kept in touch and handled the transaction perfectly. I would use Ayumi in all my future transactions!
