This is Divya Bhuma.. licensed Realtor in Bayarea I highly recommend Avanthi as a Transaction coordinator.. she is certified TC.working with her is hassle free, starting from Escrow opening to till closing she updates each and every party in the Transaction on timely manner. Orders Home warranty /inspection/appraisal if needed . My all time go to TC is Avanti and working with her is stress free…

As someone who works around the clock and is on top of his game, it’s crucial I work with someone who operates at the same level I do, and I’m thankful for running into Avanathi some few months ago, as she does the same! She’s super responsive, knows what she is doing and gets the job done!
