Austin helped us purchase our home when we moved to Wilmington almost 4 years ago. We were on a tight timeline with our schedule and had to find a place to live within 6 weeks. It was a sellers market, but Austin worked diligently to help us find a place that met our needs and gave us a solid introduction to life in Wilmington. Fast forward 3 years and we realize the house is too big and the kids don’t come visit as much as we thought they would. Austin did such a great job for us the first time, that we wouldn’t have called anyone else. Austin held open houses every weekend and the house was soon under contract. We had already found a house we were ready to purchase, however the contract fell through due to permitting issues several days before our house closed. Austin worked tirelessly to find us a property he knew we would be happy with long term. He spent a solid week taking us from Pender County to Brunswick County after the other property had fallen through. He finally found us a property in Brunswick County that completely feels like home. We are so grateful for Austin’s extensive knowledge and his attention to us as clients.
