We had retained this professional relationship over the years and when it came time for me to sell the house that she helped me find and I had purchased, I felt that she was the right realtor to help me again. Excellent! Is an understatement. So glad I had Aura, looking out for me. She told me when to say yes and why, What boxes to check , or let me talk to the seller first. Whenever I had a question always answered her phone or got back to me within minutes. When I didn’t understand a question, she would explain it clearly. What more could I ask for? At first it was just the me, seller and his agent, had nobody to help me. My daughter gave me Aura number. She did all the talking between the sellers and his agent.I would not ask for home insurance for a year, one half on HOA fees, others things I would have never known about.
