The information she did not know she found for us in a timely manner. The whirlwind house shopping was fun, exciting, and exhausting. We would do it all over again with Audrey. She is easy-going, tolerant of my incessant questioning, has great follow through and truly became a friend in the six or so days we were with her.

Our shopping for a Florida home has been ongoing for several years, however we first contacted Audrey in January of this year. After numerous emails, texts and phone calls we finally met face to face. Audrey was instrumental in helping us locate a hotel that was fairly central to the areas we were focusing our house search. She provided a map and suggestions for dining as we had not spent any considerable time in this part of Florida. True to her word, Audrey arranged her schedule to accommodate our limited time. Audrey was a joy to work with. She took over the listing after our house did not sell after being on the market over 6 months. She quickly assessed the property, recommended several actions and oversaw all of the sprucing up that needed to be done. She then aggressively marketed the property and looked after it from top to bottom. Within about a month of listing, she had it under contract. And, she made it very easy for me - taking care of everything that needed to be done. During it all, she was professional, considerate, thoughtful and kept a great sense of humor.
