We were buying from out of state and relied solely on phone and email conversation. We were always up to date throughout the whole process, anything that came up was brought to our attention immediately. Any referral she gave was also excellent in terms of service and professionalism, which is a reflection on her that she works with other great individuals or companies. Overall, a smooth home buying experience and we would absolutely work with her again (though we hope not anytime soon).
