Ashley Gervais had an Open House at a cottage we were interested in seeing. There were two other properties on the same lake we wanted to see, so I called Ashley to ask if she would be interested in showing us when attending the Open House. She enthusiastically agreed. We had used an agent from a different company initially but were not pleased with him. After viewing the three properties with Ashley and getting to know her, I asked if she would be interested in representing us, and she agreed.
She submitted offers on my behalf three times, third time lucky. The negotiations on this purchase were prolonged, but Ashley was unfazed and always professional and pleasant.
