Originally from Minnesota, Arabella Jestus relocated to Tulsa at the age of seven. A full-time, full-service agent, she is familiar with rental, residential and investment listings in Tulsa and its surrounding communities. Arabella is passionate about real estate and is not afraid of hard work. She obtained her license at the age of 18. “When I was in high school, I once worked three jobs at once,” Arabella explains. “After high school I started working at a local brokerage as the receptionist while studying to get my real estate license.” This experience taught her the ins and outs of real estate and gave her the skills necessary to help her clients achieve a successful transaction. “Because of my early background in real estate, I bring a whole new level of confidence to my buyers and sellers. They trust me because they know I’ve done it all before.” She brings her clients expertise in negotiations and legal knowledge of contracts. She owns and manages rental properties and is experienced in working with investors. “I love working with investors to add to their own portfolios,” she says. When not working, Arabella enjoys attending art crawls downtown, working out at the gym, hiking, and frequenting new coffee shops.
