I had the pleasure of working with Ara on a recent real estate transaction, where they represented the other side of the sale. They were responsive, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the process. Their attention to detail and commitment to keeping the transaction moving helped create a smooth experience for everyone involved. I appreciate their collaborative approach and would be happy to work with them again on a future transaction.

Working with Ara Cardew was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Although the transaction ultimately did not close due to property and appraisal issues, Ara handled the entire process with professionalism, patience, and integrity every step of the way. This deal involved a difficult seller and several unexpected complications, yet Ara stayed calm, responsive, and solution-oriented throughout. He communicated clearly, advocated for our interests, and worked hard to keep negotiations moving while ensuring we understood our options at every stage. What stood out most was his professionalism under pressure. He remained respectful and composed even in challenging situations, and it was clear he genuinely cared about protecting his clients and helping us make the right decision rather than simply pushing a sale through. I truly appreciate all of Ara’s hard work, honesty, and dedication throughout this experience. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and highly professional real estate agent.

great guy, easy to work with

Ara was very responsive and always returned our calls and e-mails with answers to our questions. He was a big help during this stressful time and always with a smile to greet us. Well done!

We only worked with Ara. We were able to look for houses online and so often saw listings at the same time or sooner than he did. However he was always able to answer our questions and was very helpful when we finally bid on a house. We were very happy with how he handled the negotiations.

Ara was very helpful

He was very helpful Phil

Ara did a great job helping us sell our house this past summer. He was very communicative & we ended up getting quite a bit more money for our house than we had expected. Thank you Ara!

Ara was understanding and patient throughout the process. Willing to explain each step and always understanding when I had 100's of questions. Cannot recommend him enough.
