Hiwever, an overnight sleep helped me decide on a seriously perfect home in Burien. April immediately worked on the offer, inspections and financing, and shortly thereafter, I was all set. Then, a few days after our plan was in place, my home in the Spokane area was evacuated due to wildfires. I was couch surfing with my dogs, so I called April and asked if it was possible for my Burien home to close early. Again, she jumped on all that was involved in making that happen. Over a week early, my 2 dogs and I moved acrossed the state and into our new home. It seemed miraculous, but my good fortune was completely due to April and my mortgage team.
