I had my house for sale for 7 months with no offers, except one lowball. I got a referral for these people, they staged it and a few other things and sold it the next day. I got paid and moved out of state. The day of closing the buyer had her last look and low and behold the movers left a few things in the garage that the buyer wanted out. I’m 2000 miles away and couldn’t find anyone. Amanda came to my rescue, she herself went out there and rook it to the dump, (pretty nice service I would say). April, Elizabeth, and Amanda all put a lot of effort into selling our house. They helped put together an amazing photo and video of our house which we really liked. Our house was posted all over RMLS, Trulia, Zillow, and many other networks which gave us the best potential for offers. April had a great strategy plan for putting our house on the market by listing it at its value rather than slightly overpricing it and coming down on price in order to get multiple offers which would usually end in a higher price sell. However, although her plan was good, unfortunately, didn't work out for us with multiple offers or selling at a slightly higher price in a supposed seller's market. Overall, they are professional, knowledgable, extremely helpful, and always on time. One thing we would change is after signing the contract to sell our house, we wish April was more communicative directly with us as it seemed like she disappeared although we were sure she was behind the scenes monitoring things. When offers were made, Elizabeth was the main realtor we worked with. Usually, Elizabeth told us what the offer was, but we could've used more advice for counter offering. Overall, it was great working with April, Elizabeth, and Amanda. We would like to recognize Amanda for helping us with multiple issues that arose. We would recommend Windermere Group One!
