I wish I could give April ten stars! She's just that good! First, she's very positive, optimistic and responsive, no matter what hurdle arise, she always made us feel better and was extremely solution oriented. Second, she is so thorough. At no time did I feel like I didn't what know what was happening or what was next. She walked and prepared us for every step of the process, from prepping the house for the sale, to preparing for our open house, to the deal negotiation, to our closing. Third, she protected us through the entire process. Every step of the way she had our back and always looked out for our best interest. We even had a sensitive, special family circumstances at the time we were trying to sell that needed to be handled and coordinated delicately, and April was compassionate, accommodating and supportive. I've never sold a house before, but I would do it again any day with April! She's THE BEST!
