This was actually my second time using April, this time as a Seller instead of a buyer. Having now worked with April on both ends of the transaction, I can't imagine working with anyone else to buy or sell a house when April is around. If you don't want to read more of this review, go ahead and just call April and thank me later. My situation was weird and complicated. I was overseas in Europe and had to sell a house in Apex. Scheduling and planning things was obviously more difficult as not only was I not in the area to fix things myself, I didn't know any good companies to help me get the house ready for sale. April had someone to call for every step of the process, and my house was ready to sell ASAP. April got everything together in order for closing to go off without a hitch, and planned ahead for bumps we might encounter with me not being in the states during closing. Everything went off without a hitch. When I had issues with the buyers closing attorney, April went after them like Tony Soprano and got things sorted to close not only on time, but early. Genuinely, it would not have been possible for my to sell my house without April. It wouldn't have been possible for me to buy my house without April. I will forever be grateful for the kindness she showed me, the flexibility she had in working with my weird hours and overseas issues, and the efficiency she showed in getting the house prepped, listed, and sold. Call April and enjoy being able to sleepwalk through the home buying/selling process with someone who knows the market and process backwards and forwards.

April is amazing. She helped us both buy our new home and sell our old one. Her help was invaulable in both circumstances. April spotted and helped solve issues before they became problems. Can not imagine doing this again without her help.
