Toni Schemmel | Michael Saunders & Company - Main Street - Sarasota | Testimonial Tree

My wife and I just purchased another home on Siesta Key and are preparing to sell our first home. Toni and Mette are handling both ends. I wanted to pass along to you that we could not have been more pleased with the care we received from Toni and Mette. We have always felt from the day we met them that they really listened to what we were looking for and took a real personal interest in making sure they would help us find the right home. They did. They represented both themselves and your company at a very high level and we just wanted you to know this. We look forward to many years of enjoyment with our family at our new home.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Toni for my first home-buying experience, as well as my fiance and I's first home together. Toni was super helpful in narrowing down our search based on our top priorities in a home. She was super proactive with the listings and knows many of the agents around town to get intel on what is happening with the homes on the market. She walked us through the entire process making it so easy - always available for a phone call or a quick text for help/advice. Highly recommend to anyone looking to buy in the greater Sarasota area!

Toni has been instrumental in several real estate transactions for us through the years, both on the buying and selling sides. She consistently provides service that makes us feel prioritized. Her attention to detail and quick response time are unmatched. Real estate transactions can be stressful and complicated but Toni's experience and knowledge provides an environment of confident control. Furthermore, her expertise consistently results in the outcome we are seeking .. our recent home sale was the highest per square foot EVER in the 40+ year history of the neighborhood. Thank you Toni!
