Anthony Hartfield went above and beyond when it came to our home search and our homebuying experience. His tireless dedication to making sure our needs were met and our all of our questions were answered in a complete, timely, and professional manner did not go unnoticed. He is an exceedingly competent communicator, and deeply knowledgeable about Jensen Beach, and has a great, friendly personality to boot. Anthony made us feel comfortable and we moved at our own pace with zero sales pressure. He went to bat for us during negotiation with the seller and handled the adverse situation tactfully, ultimately to our benefit. He always showed up early to meetings, the home inspection, and followed through with everything he committed to do. Our home needed a separate propane tank inspection and insurance inspection, and he handled letting those inspectors into the gated community as well as the home for us when we could not be there. He also independently quoted the major issues found with the inspection and had arranged contractors to come look at a few of the problems (we didn't have to ask!), as well as pointing out some issues we had overlooked. Anthony made homebuying a much more pleasant experience than with other relators I've worked with in the past, and for that, I'm deeply appreciative. Thank you Anthony!

Anthony Yes, this young man has a swagger but don’t let that fool you. Anthony is a Godsend 🙏. Anthony is the he epitome of professionalism, he’s straightforward, extremely communicative, very responsive to any questions via phone, email or text. I can’t recall one day that he wasn’t positive or energetic. We had a contract on the house with the first people to view it before the 1st open house.
