Annie French almost made this too easy. I was fully prepared to take my time, be super picky, and maybe move into a new place by May. I saw a cute house on Zillow and asked to check it out, fell in love, put in an offer, and was under contract in I think a two day period. All of this happened starting on like Dec 23. I could not believe how efficiently everything moved even during the holiday.
