I would enthusiastically recommend Anni Zilz anytime. She is professional, well informed and experienced, is a tremendous resource and reference, goes over and beyond, and so lovely a person to top it off.

We were first time home buyers. Anni was a fantastic listener during our initial meeting. She walked us through all of the steps of the buying process, the current market treads, and every neighborhood we were interested in. So when we found the perfect house we felt prepared to make an offer. Anni’s team managed every aspect of the transaction and we are now loving our new home.

Anni was amazing to work with!

Anni has sold two homes for us under very different circumstances (one a 2400 sq ft home, the other a small condo). In both she has added value to the sale (getting competing offers and sales above our expected price) while also treating us with true professionalism.

Anni was amazing! She listened closely to our needs, showed us a number of houses, and helped us find the right fit for us. She seamlessly managed a tricky inspection negotiation and managed a bumpy last minute experience with the mortgage company to keep the deal together and close on time. Her expertise with the details of understanding the quality of a home and keen eye to find items of concerns was very valuable. She also has a keen eye for renovations and a deep roster of great contractors if you need to go down this route. Finally, the depth of her knowledge of the area, including schools and subcultures in the area is very helpful. Anni was fun to work with and just very very good at her job. I feel like I made a friend and have a deep respect for her professionalism and knowledge. It must be said that I am rather critical of the realtor function, given the cost, but Anni's representation was definitely worth the fee! Thank you Anni, you rock!

Anni was delightful to work with. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, she's also warm, friendly, and fun! We adore her! Our neighbor's home took almost 9 months to sell in 2019, so we were nervous about listing our home last November. But with Anni at the helm, we had nothing to fear! She sold our home in 5 days! She is a rock star. <3

Anni’s effort and skill to sell our house went beyond expectations. The unique aspects of our house both offered attributes and challenges, which she expertly navigated. Throughout the process her unwavering dedication to ensuring every detail, question and opportunity was taken care of. When decisions needed to be made, her guidance and knowledge helped us feel confident and eased any apprehensions. Before listing, we were faced with deciding what steps to take in readying the house for sale, and Anni’s guidance was spot on helping us to understand what was most important and appropriate for current market. She has a complete knowledge of the real estate process from contracts, to communication to easing concerns, and made the the process focused and stress free. Her marketing efforts were strategic and impeccably executed, from staging, to photos to promotion. Every detail was carried out without errors and we always felt cared for, supported and confident we made the best choice in working with Anni and her team.

Anni will impress anyone as a very passionate and masterful real estate professional. She is undoubtedly experienced, resourceful, and knowledgable with local market. She communicates effectively, is well connected with other agents, and fun to work with. We are lucky that she teamed up with Jane, another wonderful agent, for our transaction, together they worked on each aspect with diligence and high skills. I highly recommend Anni to anyone selling or buying a property without hesitation.

Anni was wonderful to work with and I would be happy to again in the future. Personal service and attentive to detail. She stayed in contact with us, the seller agent, the mortgage lender and was never more than a text or phone call away
