Annette is a true professional. She is excellent at the real estate agent work - resourceful in brokering a deal, timely follow-up, impeccable work ethic (she always replies my inquires on time, even in a weekend), etc. But in addition to all that, she has also demonstrated great sense of responsibility in helping me on the ownership transition with her own time and sometimes money, AFTER the closing date, including setting up utilities, cleaning carpet, and improving grass quality in front yard and backyard (the previous owner did not take good care of grass after signing sale contract). A lesser agent would have already bailed at that point, but Annette has set herself apart by following a higher standard. I thoroughly enjoyed my collaboration with Annette, and will definitely recommend her to anyone buying in Reno area.
