The experience of working with Anne has been exceptional. Her communications skills are outstanding and her guidance throughout has been indispensable. Possessed of a keen intelligence and a wealth of knowledge Anne is a consummate professional. Her deep law background is a big plus. Coupled with her calm personality and limitless patience my husband and I have felt that she puts our needs as clients first. She also understands that buying and selling a house can be an emotionally taxing experience, not merely a business transaction. That empathy is rare.

Anne has been the backbone of our experience with buying an additional house in Copperleaf and at the same time working to sell our current house if you’re looking for kind knowledgeable patient wonderful human being. Just look up Anne thank you Anne.

Anne worked very diligently at addressing the issues that were required to have a successful sale of our home. She was always quick to respond to any communications we were making about any issues. She very professionally worked to ensure a successful sale and addressed the buyer’s expectations.

Anne Franco is a fantastic person and agent. She was sooooo knowledgeable and helps!!

Anne is a professional. She made the selling and buying process completely enjoyable. Buying and selling remotely can be challenging; however, Anne managed that effortlessly and kept us informed the whole way. She is an excellent advocate for her clients. Having been a real estate attorney for several decades, I have seen it all with transactions. She is one the best.

My sales agent was professional and knowledgeable. Her legal background came into play with negotiations. She was always a phone call away. One suggestion for ALL of your agents, include in the contract that the seller is responsible for having the property professionally cleaned prior to the buyer moving in. Thank You
