We cannot say enough wonderful things about our real estate agent, Anna Marie Croniser. When we first decided to sell our home, we honestly thought we could handle the process ourselves and weren’t sure we even needed a realtor. Well, we couldn’t have been more wrong! Anna Marie went above and beyond anything we could have imagined. From promptly answering our calls and arranging showings to looking after our property and helping us resolve issues with the town regarding our shed, she was there every step of the way. She also communicated regularly with our attorney, the buyers, and the buyers’ attorney, making sure everyone stayed informed and that the entire process moved as smoothly and easily as possible. She truly went out of her way to speak with anyone involved whenever it helped make things easier for us. We never realized how much hard work and dedication goes into selling a home until we saw everything she did for us. My brother, who is known as one of the hardest-working commercial real estate agents in Florida, was equally impressed. Coming from someone with his experience and reputation, his praise for Anna Marie’s dedication and professionalism speaks volumes. Anna Marie is truly one of the best in the business, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly. She is an exceptional realtor and an even more exceptional person. What began as a professional relationship blossomed into a wonderful friendship, and my wife and I are grateful to have gained not only an outstanding realtor, but also a new friend.

Annamarie is an absolute amazing person. Not only was she helpful in finding us our dream home to raise our family in but she has become more than just a realtor she is part of our family too! We greatly appreciate everything you have done for us and all the help and knowledge you have given us!

AnnaMarie (Chickie) was amazing to work with. After going through over 40 homes, we were able to find the perfect match. Couldn’t have asked for a better person to work through our unique situation. Looking for an home for someone out of state isn’t easy. Chickie is very personable and was very understanding of what we needed. It was a challenge, yet Chickie was able to make it happen. Best ever!

I highly recommend using AnnaMarie as your realtor. She is knowledgeable, quick to respond and understands what her buyers want!

AnnaMarie is a top notch agent. She made my home buying experience smooth and enjoyable. She was always available for questions and was always offering showings as soon as they hit the market. She is knowledgable and trustworthy. Looking for a great real estate agent… work with AnnaMarie, you will not be disappointed.

AnnaMarie went above and beyond to help sell our home. We came to a lot of potential road blocks with the buyers but she was efficient and persistent during the process to ensure the sale of our home. She was committed to making sure everything was taken care of, communicated consistently with the buyers agent and kept us informed on a daily basis. We couldn’t be happier with the end result and it is thanks to AnnaMarie’s exceptional knowledge, time and effort put into this process. We consider ourselves very lucky and blessed to have had her for our realtor. Forever grateful!

AnnaMarie was amazing! We were searching for a home for a year before finding AnnaMarie. She found us exactly what we were looking for within 2 weeks of working with her. She was informative and diligent throughout the whole process answering all of our questions! We highly recommend her!

Where do I begin? From the first conversation we had to then looking for houses (it was quite a few) she was all in to getting me and my family in a home that was suitable for us. Might I say she went above and beyond in understanding our needs and it was a pleasure working with her. I would highly recommend her and hope to do business with her again.
