It was a long drawn out process with the sellers not being very communicative about their move out date, but Anitta was very helpful and kept things moving along
Anitta was the best. She was recommended by our grandson. She listened to what we wanted and came up with places to check out. She was kind and patient . She could answer most questions, or she would find out quickly . We had fun, we laughed, and talked , and the whole process ended in purchasing a cute little townhouse, in a perfect location.
But most of all we made a friend. And we would highly recommend Miss Anitta Perkins!!❤️
Anitta Perkins was an excellent real estate agent. My situation was unusual: I was purchasing a home for myself, but I lived in Arizona and was never in Lincoln throughout the entire process. My daughter & her husband were the Lincoln contacts and were the ones who toured the homes. Anitta was a good listener and very patient. She often worked late at night in order to communicate with me (due to time differences). We communicated via text, email & phone calls; and I always received an immediate response from Ms. Perkins. She was supportive, knowledgeable, and patient.
Anitta made the process simple and fun as she helped me along with my mom (living in another state) find and buy a house!
We all gained a friend in the process and can't wait for Anitta to meet my mom, in person, when she moves back to NE !
