Angie was incredible start to finish! She helped us sell our home by providing great recommendations and pricing to sell. We were under contract in 12 days! She was also with us every step of the way in finding the perfect home for us as we enter our empty nest years. She was very responsive and kept us informed at every step. If we asked her a question, she was always quick to respond. So very thankful for her guidance and the work she did on our behalf.

Angie is amazing. She worked hard to get our house on the market, seen by as many prospective buyers, and helped us to understand the entire home selling process. She also helped us finding our new house and the entire process of buying a house. I felt like through the entire process, we were a team. I cannot say enough good things about Angie. Having Angie as your realtor, you are in good hands.

We cannot overstate how great Angie was in our quest to find and purchase our new home. She listened to our desires, was so very patient when we changed our minds and answered all our questions even when she was on vacation. Angie is a great realtor with a passon for the business. Highly recommend.

Angie Chavez: The Realtor Who Goes Above and Beyond Buying a home from out of state is no easy feat, but Angie Chavez made it seamless. Here’s why she’s exceptional: • Virtual House Hunting Pro: Angie helped us search for homes via phone, text, and FaceTime. She walked us through properties virtually, narrating every detail and answering all our questions. • Always Available: Even during her wedding and honeymoon, Angie ensured we were supported by her team—who were equally fantastic. • Flexible and Client-Focused: When we found the house, she coordinated a physical walkthrough during the inspection period to fit our schedule. We had peace of mind knowing we could still back out without losing money. • Closing Made Easy: Angie attended the physical closing on our behalf while we completed it remotely. She ensured everything went smoothly and secured the keys for us. • Post-Move Lifesaver: Angie met us at the house to hand over the keys and provided a priority vendor list. Thanks to her recommendations, we had the house painted and new floors installed within a week of moving in—by amazing contractors. Angie didn’t just help us buy a house; she made our cross-country move stress-free. Her dedication, expertise, and network of professionals are unmatched. We can’t recommend her highly enough!

Angie was always there for me no matter what time of day I had a question. She always had a smile and was respectful. I felt very at home with her and recommend her to all of my friends when they are looking for home. I am a Christian and felt taken care of with Angie. She is a Christian as well and prayed for me.

As a first-time home buyer - Angie and her team were amazing to work with! They really helped us through the entire process and even afterwards!! Angie was extremely thorough, honest, and provided amazing insight during our tours and visits to many of the houses. I recommend Atlanta Communities to anyone looking to purchase a home!
