Angelika was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. She went above and beyond to help me get my new house and make sure every last detail was finalized perfectly. Highly recommended!

To Whom It May Concern: Mrs. Angelika Schelling is one of the most outstanding, professional, knowledgeable and caring individuals that I have had the pleasure of working with during the process from beginning to end - concerning the sale of my house on James Island. She was highly recommended to me by someone that I have known for years, and I am so happy that I took the advice to have Mrs. Schelling served as my realtor. She went above and beyond to ensure and encourage me through some dark periods of this sale, ensuring me that the house will sell. Her motto: Everything will work out!!! Her knowledge and professional skills were masterly effectively throughout the entire process. Her customer service to me was exceptional. Without a doubt _- I deem her as an asset, not only to the company of Carolina One real Estate, but for the client (as with me/Mrs. Gislaine Jenkins Johnson). In the end and throughout the sales process - I felt very valued by her. And of course, I would recommend her to other potential clients who may need a professional realtor of her character, who is able and willing to get the mission of a home or other property sale accomplished for the client. Kudos! Kudos! Kudos!

My experience with Angelika Schelling and Carolina One Real Estate was excellent from start to finish. Angelika was patient, knowledgeable, and consistently attentive throughout the entire process. She made sure I understood every step, answered all of my questions clearly, and always followed up promptly. I truly felt supported and well‑guided, and her professionalism gave me confidence during an important milestone. I appreciate the care and dedication she put into helping me, and I would gladly recommend her and Carolina One to anyone looking for a smooth and positive real estate experience.
