My wife and I started working with Angela nearly a year before we closed on our new home. We located her through the "His Move" listing of Christian Realtors. Angela helped us in so many ways throughout the entire process. We started with SO MANY (at least 15) areas in the Upstate that we liked, but when we finally locked in on the best fit for our needs, it was like lighting a time fuse; everything moved very quickly, given we had already received our funding pre-approval. The most challenging part of the whole process was being an out of state buyer; many specific nuances for a mail-away closing and working with the builder's lawyer and listing agent. But though it all, Angela helped us to mitigate the obstacles and potential issues that could have resulted in us walking away.
