We recently rented a property with the help of Angela Coia. There have been a few quirks in the house. Every time I notified Angel she responded immediately and the problems have been addressed. She always responded in a pleasant and positive manner. Her professionalism and helpful spirit is evident in all our dealings.
Angel is a true professional making the buying process easy and seamless...she is knowledgable, seasoned, super nice, and well respected amonst her peers. She makes you feel like you are her only client, giving you the utmost attention and communication. I highly recommend Angel for buy/sell or rentals! She is the best!
Angel helped me purchase my first home, she was always available and eager to help with my never ending questions. She stuck with us through many house tours and greatly helped narrow down homes I loved. She found us exactly what we needed and wanted. I would reccomend her to anyone looking to buy a home you will not be dissapointed!
Working with Angel was a true pleasure. She is a hard worker, professional, and follows up on any concerns you may have. We totally enjoyed having Angel as our realtor. Denny & Patti
