As first-time home buyers who were nervous about entering the Brooklyn real estate market, my wife and I had an excellent experience working with Andrew on our home search! From the early search process to navigating a co-op application and closing, we couldn't be happier with Andrew's services. He was clear and timely in all communications and offered helpful tips and insightful information at each stage of the process. His guidance was also crucial in preparing a strong co-op application. He was attentive to our concerns and questions and was proactive in finding multiple options for us in our price range and preferred neighborhood. Our search had some particular parameters, including the need for an elevator building, and Andrew always kept our stated home needs and preferences in mind. He did everything possible to ensure we found a new home we were happy with, and I can confirm--having just closed yesterday on a beautiful and well-kept unit in a highly desirable Kensington co-op--that he succeeded!

Andrew went above and beyond in helping my wife and I rent a place in Brooklyn. He helped us find and secure a great home via virtual viewings and coordination from afar in a competitive market. This was extra challenging because we were moving to New York from another state and had just welcomed a newborn during our house hunt, making our schedule a bit chaotic and unpredictable.. Andrew was very knowledgeable about supply and demand in the broader Brooklyn market, very helpful in communicating with landlords and appointed brokers throughout the process, and always on it with arranging viewings over weekends and keeping us in the loop later into the evenings. He did a great job and, while we hope to be in our new place for some time, we would absolutely use him again if we needed help in the future!
