Andrew is a one of the best estate agents I have seen. He is very professional and responsible. During the pandemic last year, my condo was left vacant for months, I couldn’t find a tenant to move. Andrew is very efficient in his work. He helped me find a tenant who moved in a week. I would def like to work with him again.
If I had a way to give a 6 star rating I would. Andrew is one of the most professional, knowledgeable and Customer Centric realtors I have had the opportunity of knowing. He took a lot of time on multiple weekends to help me and my wife visit a number of listings in the San Francisco city and peninsula. We are not very familiar with the city so having someone who could honestly call the pros and cons of each area and listing as they are was a very big positive.
I have bought 2 homes in my past and my experience with many realtors has been that they are very transactional. Andrew is the complete opposite. If you are looking for someone who really cares, takes the time to understand your need and then find the right home for you, Andrew is your guy. He is also very knowledgeable about the bay area as a whole and not just 1 or 2 cities/suburbs unlike many other real estate professionals.
We are also very interested in buying some investment properties in future and are looking forward to continue working with him!
