Andrew was great to work with on this transaction. He has considerable knowledge of rental properties (in this case it was a 4 plex we purchased) and was able to point out items of opportunity (rents, renovations) to add value and also some things to look out for that may add expense (utility separation, exterior repairs). These are insights that you only can get with experience and walking through the property together which he was happy to do on multiple locations until we were ready to firm up on the deal. We will work with Andrew again in the future when we buy / sell again as his knowledge of local prices allows him to negotiate great deals.
