You won't find anyone in Haliburton with the history and knowledge of Haliburton and the surrounding areas. He knows the lakes, whether the roads are good, if the slope is going to be too steep etc. which saved us lots of time from visiting properties that wouldn't be suitable. We were successful with the second property we bid on and it was due to his advice on what it would take to win the bid with multiple offers involved.
