We had an excellent experience selling our three condos/house with the help of Andy Brilliant, Carol Palmer and Brian Fizer. The perfect blend they bring of expert advice and genuine flexibility in support of our preferences, clear flow of communication and personal warmth made the whole process stress free, friendly and positive all around. We highly recommend their services.

I cannot praise highly enough Brian Fizer and his team at Gibson Sotheby's International Realty. I had dozens of agents pitching to sell our family home: they rang my doorbell, sent e-mails, and called from dawn to late at night, but Brian sent me a polite email, and when we first met, spent the first hour getting to know a little bit about me, and listening to my concerns. We spoke as we walked through the house and the garden, and must have spoken for at least an additional half hour about nature and wildlife. He understood the importance to me of my family home going to the right buyers--people who would love and take care of the property as its next owners. He didn't speak in terms of 'buyers' but in term of 'the next owners'. His advice was always carefully worded 'advice' and his ideas always supportive. Moreover, I'm sure I wasn't an easy client: my living overseas at the time of the sale definitely required more work and expertise on his and the team's part, but their know-how, spirit, and confidence never faltered. Everyone was supportive, smiling, and positive, even rolling up their sleeves at times to help whatever task needed doing. And inviting the neighbors to an early "look-see" was a wonderful suggestion, much appreciated by them and me, as my neighbors knew then that the house wouldn't be torn down and "re-developed', destroying the neighborhood. Everyone took a deep sigh and helped spread the word to their friends, etc. and despite some bumps along the way, the house was sold to a good buyer and all ended very well. I realize it is a cliché to say "I can't rate them highly enough" but I truly can say, "I cannot rate Brian and his team highly enough."

My wife and I were very pleased with your team of Andrew Brilliant, Carol Palmer, Brian Fizer and Jessica. They worked extremely hard to sell our house and went above and beyond to show our property in its best light. They explained each step in the process and were always accessible to answer every one of our questions. Their professionalism and kindness throughtout the entire process helped curb our anxiety level.

Andrew Brilliant and Carol Palmer Brilliant were enormously helpful with finding us a new condo and with simultaneously helping us sell a condo. They are both very knowledgeable, and were very attentive to our needs, highly communicative and a pleasure to work with. They were also.incredibly effective in helping us deal with the ups and downs of buying and selling real estate.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience selling my property with Andrew Brilliant and his Brilliant Places team. I was a first time seller and the team answered all of my questions with such patience and competence. I was so impressed with how they listened to what was important to me. I was never pressured to follow a strategy that did not align with my priorities. The team is knowledgeable, incredibly thorough and caring. I would certainly recommend using them!!!

I had a wonderful experience working with Brian Fizer at Gibson Sothebys. I had been casually looking to buy, but when I found a place I liked, I was a little overwhelmed by the process. Brian took the time to answer all my questions, offered great insight while making the offer, and kept me fully informed while guiding me through closing. He was patient, professional, and his knowledge and experience were invaluable. I would definitely work with him again, and highly recommend him to friends and family. Thank you again!

Andy and Carol were essential in my search for a new home that hard to find in Jamaica Plain. They kept in good contact and showed all the possible places. Their help in closing on my purchase was very helpful, as were their referrals to an inspector and attorney. Nice work!
