Andrea Z. was my realtor and in one word she was Exceptional. Of note, I’ve worked with Andrea in the past and I chose her again due direct and professional approach.

Andrea was great! Communicated everything in a timely manner and was always positive. She worked on my behalf a gave meaningful insight as needed. A big thank you to her!

Andrea was a true professional! From the first day, she communicated constantly with us about the sale of our home. She taught us a lot of new ideas, including suggesting someone to deep clean and hired staging for our home. She scheduled an open house the first Saturday and helped us with many showings. She was also vital to us through the inspections, contracts and closing. We know we would not have been successful in selling our house without her. We will be recommending Andrea and your company to anyone selling their home. Thank you, Andrea. Hank and Marilyn Nalewajek

We have worked with Andrea several times for both buying and selling properties. She is detailed, efficient, and timely. We highly recommend her.

Andrea Zahn is an extremely professional and ethical real estate agent throughout our entire relationship. She has been extremely attentive, reachable, knowledgeable, helpful and follows through on everything she does. She provides excellent suggestions from her vast experience to guide us through our sale. Sincerely, James and Joyce Ray

Andrea was an excellent Realtor and resource in the listing, selling, and closing of my parents home in Clearwater, Florida. Managing financial matters of elderly parents in another state is quite challenging. Andrea worked hard and diligently to see the entire sale process through. I highly recommend her services.

Very competent and professional in their approach to selling our home.

Andrea’s personal attention and expertise made my “empty” house thru virtually staged photos look alive and attractive! I appreciated her time, advise and working with her thru this process! Would recommend Berkshire Hathaway Home Services anytime. A happy ex-homeowner!

We've worked with Andrea Zahn three times now, and every experience has been excellent. She's extremely professional, detail-oriented, and always makes the process smooth and stress-free. Andrea communicates clearly, stays on top of everything, and truly looks out for her clients. We trust her completely and wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again or recommend her to others.

Andrea Zahn went far beyond my highest expectations in servicing my need to sell my Vilka and in keeping me informed Every step of the way. She cares and she never quites!! -Alexandra C Jordan
