Andrea was absolutely amazing in helping us find our unicorn house. She was relentless in her search for us—from dropping flyers, to making last-minute schedule changes so we could view properties, to never putting pressure on us or making us feel like our offers weren't good enough or that we should buy a house we didn't truly love.
We are used to realtors who try to push every house on you, encourage higher offers at every turn, avoid asking tough questions, and do little negotiating on your behalf. Andrea was the complete opposite.
Trying to find something niche can be hard and draining. At one point, I felt like putting an offer on a house simply because it was "good enough," and she said, "Stop it. You deserve the perfect location."
After many years and many houses that have come and gone, that comment really hit me. Having a realtor who truly acts as your agent, and not just a transactor out for commission, who genuinely cares about helping you find what you need is incredibly rare.
