My wife and I had a truly great experience selling our house with the Lacerda Team. Sellibg a two-family house is a complex, even daunting, process, especially after owning it 39 years. But Andrea educated us, regularly reassured us and settled down our anxiety. She communicated with us regularly, every step of the way. Joe competently managed marketing aspects creating media, managing Zillow and similar sites. And Jessie helped in many other ways like placing signs and helping us determine fire extinguisher and smoke detector locations. Due to the rigor and complexity of state and local laws specific to multi-family homes, which has changed dramatically in 39 years, this process could have driven us insane. But Andrea was so helpful, thorough, and compassionate, the process came to a joyful conclusion. Her team worked in the background to market the property, ultimately generating eighteen offers, and once we settled on a buyer, Andrea worked closely with the buyer's agent to keep the process moving forward at a rapid clip. We highly recommend The Lacerda Team!

Over 20 years ago we used Andrea and Jesse to sell our first home and to help transition us to our new home. Always sending recipes and checking in with post cards and phone calls. I specifically remember the last one congratulating us on 20 years in our home. It was my only choice to choose the Lacerda team again to sell my 2nd home. Andrea, Jesse, Joe and Michelle did an amazing job showcasing my home in South Plainfield. Listed and sold within one week with 24 offers over asking. This team made us feel more like family than just a client. I also have a wonderful memory of my home from your video and will be forever grateful. I highly recommend the Lacerda team.

Joe and Andrea were fantastic to work with during our home search. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and truly had our best interests in mind. The process felt smooth and stress-free thanks to their guidance. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for great realtors!

Andrea and the team were fantastic! With Joe helping us find a house to buy and Andrea coming in to close the deal. Their teamwork was nothing short of impressive. Then helping us sell our home and closing that deal was very easy as they walked us through until the end. I would recommend them to anyone who is buying or selling a home.

Whether you are in the market to purchase or sell property I would 100% recommend contacting The Lacerda Team. My first experience using The Lacerda Team goes back to the early 2000's when my husband and were looking to sell our first home. Selling a house was a foreign process to us and Andrea and her team made it easy and painless. More recently The Lacerda Team assisted us in selling property in Edison. Once again the process was smooth and painless. Their expertise is beyond reproach and exactly what you need when selling or purchasing real estate. Thanks again to Andrea, Jesse, Michele & Joe for all your hard work. J. Slatky

I highly recommend Andrea Lacerda and her team at Berkshire Hathaway. From the moment we met Andrea, she was friendly, thorough, and extremely professional. Anytime we needed to speak with her, she was available to answer any questions or concerns we had. She and her team handled the sell of my grandfather’s house with grace and integrity.

We had an incredible experience working with Andrea Lacerda and the Lacerda Team to sell our home. From start to finish, they guided us through every step of the process - sometimes even doing the legwork for us. Their availability, responsiveness, and proactive communication made the entire experience smooth and far less stressful than we imagined. Andrea was always ready with answers or quickly got them when needed. One thing that really stood out was how often she was in touch not only with us but also with the buyer’s realtor, keeping the lines of communication open and making sure nothing fell through the cracks. She also worked closely with our attorney and made those interactions so much easier for us. It was clear that the team knew the market well and understood exactly how to position our house for the best possible outcome. She even helped with some of the staging details, ensuring everything was just right. We truly couldn’t have done this without them. Choosing Andrea and the Lacerda Team was one of the best decisions we could have made, and we’re so grateful for their expertise, dedication, and support throughout the entire process.

I had a fantastic experience working with Andrea Lacerda and her team during the sale of my home. From start to finish, she went above and beyond, providing extraordinary service and assistance every step of the way. Andrea's expertise and dedication truly made all the difference. She was always available to answer my questions, offer valuable advice, and guide me through the entire process with ease. Her attention to detail and genuine care for my needs were evident in everything she did.

She was the best. The whole team is amazing. Such a honor to have such a great group of hardworking people help me get a home. I highly recommend anyone in New Jersey looking for a home to use them. The Lacerda team is the gold standard every one is looking for.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Joe and Andrea as our real estate agents, and we cannot recommend them highly enough! Joe and Andrea consistently advocated for our best interests, offering thoughtful advice and guidance every step of the way. We are so grateful for all they did to help us find the perfect home-Thank you!
