It’s been a great pleasure and rewarding experience working with Anastasia for our new house that we just moved in last week. Before we moved to Canada a couple of months ago, we got in touch with Anastasia to start consulting her for our plan to buy a new house. Weeks prior to coming to Calgary, Anastasia took us through the process online, introduced us to various local dos and don’ts that you won’t otherwise find online. Prior to coming to Calgary, we had a team ready including a mortgage consultant, led by Anastasia, to start visiting the listings active at that time.We went to tens of properties and performed our on-spot debriefs on pros and cons of not only the property but also the communities. On a few occasions, though we were inclined to consider a purchase but Anastasia clarified certain aspects that when considered for longer term accommodation, we decided otherwise and moved on to our next shortlisted visits. Meaning, she helps putting the things in right perspective for you to assess and take an informed decision. Not only the intangible aspects, but also the buying-selling statistics were shared in realtime to put the listings in right commercial competitiveness perspective.Then came a time when finalized a listing, Anastasia was on the front lines right from the offer through to financing, inspection and to the possession day. In fact, on the possession day, we ran into a small issue related to an inspection point which she managed to resolve with the seller’s team amicably, the same day. What could otherwise turn into a lawyer's discussion, rather became an action / expereience that kept us on track for our posession timeline. Kudos to that.Before we got in touch with Anastasia, I was always looking to team up with a project manager who is capable of leading a team instead of a realtor who plays the realtor part and leaves everything else to clients to manage. We found Anastasia through her ad on Facebook and decided to contact her to help with our home search. Being first time home buyers it was important to find a realtor who would guide us and walk through the entire process. Additionally, we are out of province buyers and needed someone who could deal with such clients. Luckily, Anastasia was great at serving all our needs and wishes. She started with giving us a questionnaire and from our answers she came up with the list of houses that was meeting all our needs. When showing the houses she managed to put as many viewings as possible into our and her busy schedule and showed us everything we wanted to see and even more. After finding the house Anastasia provided guidance on the mortgage process and other paperwork. She was always responsive and easy to reach. We received a very personalized service from her. Overall, I highly recommend her as a realtor.

Anastasia was a super professional but also extremely approachable lifeline in our house hunting journey. We chose Anastasia because she specializes in first time home buyers and her attidude toward the process made us feel comfortable from the very first meeting. She answered every question we had (and suprisingly quickly I might add!) and gave wonderful referrals for other vendors in the process (home inspector, insurance broker, carpet cleaner, etc.). Without prompt Anastasia provided us progress emails outlining each step of the purchase process and where we were on it, and then she walked us through when we got to each next step. She really made us feel like her only client - even though that is definitely not the case and we know she's a top producer in her brokerage!
