The agent we worked with at Berkshire Hathaway was professional, kind and caring; answering all questions and keeping our needs and preferences at heart. This was truly a wonderful experience and we would recommend Berkshire Hathaway to others.

Ana was awesome. Very helpful in many ways. She encouraged me throughout the whole process and it helped with keeping my anxiety down while needing to pack my house up in a very short time frame. Love her, she the best.

Nos gustó mucho como nos atendieron

Ana is amazing. Thank you.

I would encourage them to because Ana did a great job She is the best agent in Yakima and I’m so impressed with her professionalism She did everything she said she would do I trust her completely She helped me through a difficult process and I’m very appreciative !! Would recommend her wholeheartedly any day!!

Ana Mendoza was the perfect agent for myself as a first time homebuyer. She was always patient, upbeat, and always eager to help whether I liked a listing I was shown or not. On the listing I was fortunate to have purchased, Ana went to far lengths to answer any questions any time of the day, any day of the week, and worked really hard to achieve my dream. Would highly recommend and use her again!

I decided to work with Kirk after meeting him at an open house because he was courteous, sincere, and ready to explain all the details of what to expect as a first time home buyer. From the very first moment, I could tell that his priority was to make sure I was happy and I was in control of every decision. There were numerous times throughout the process where I was going to raise concerns and try and solve an issue or doubt and Kirk was already one step ahead and had the issue taken care of! That is amazing service! Whether it's buying me lunch, arranging cleaners, hiring inspectors, negotiating my offers, Kirk was ALWAYS thinking of my best interest. They also have the resources of Berkshire Hathaway to support you. So if you are looking for someone trustworthy, friendly, professional and ready to serve you 24/7 then you will not find anyone better than Kirk and Ana! I highly recommend them and the proof is that I'm writing this review from my dreamhouse that I am currently settling in to. Thank you Key to Yakima!

Our experience as first-time home buyers with Ana was so great! We definitely needed the guidance and advice that they offered us! They were very easy to work with, friendly, timely, always available whenever we had a question, and really cared about our wishes in a home. The process felt like it flew by and we were home owners in what felt like a flash. We definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a good experience during the home-buying process! Thank you Ana for everything!

We had the pleasure of working with Ana to find our dream home, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. It took us a while to find the perfect place, but Ana was patient and supportive throughout the entire process. She provided us with recommendations and tips that truly benefited us. Even after we moved in, she continues to check in to make sure we are doing well. Her dedication and commitment to her clients are unmatched. We highly recommend Ana and Kirk to anyone looking to buy a home!
