As a tenant renting the coolest 1 bedroom house in downtown Fairhope, I can honestly say Roberts Brothers deserves a 5.0 out of 5-star rating over the 1-and-a-half-year experience. Communication and their follow-up were always under 1 hour. Requests were addressed immediately and they advocated on my behalf working amicably with me and the landlord (she was also great). I would not hesitate to rent from RBs again and would highly recommend anyone with rental properties use Ana and Clint to lease and manage their rental properties. I just wanted to tell anyone considering using Roberts Brothers as a property manager that you absolutely cannot go wrong by doing so. The three people that I have dealt with are Ana Boston, Clint Morgan, and Ginger Taggart and all three have been great but I have worked with Ginger the longest and can’t say enough about how she has gone over and above for me.
