Amy is knowledgeable,, has a sense of urgency, always has the best recommendations for subcontractors to use, interior design etc. She knows Birmingham like the palm of her hand. She typically knows which houses are coming into the market. She knows some of the history of the house and whatever she doesn’t know she will find out. Her advice about location, changes to make to the house once you buy it, interior design, curb appeal is priceless. It doesn’t matter if you are buying or selling. If you want someone that is trust worthy, understand you and can adjust to your needs then choose Amy as your realtor. I still call her for her advice on other markets and if I ever have to buy/sell a house in the Birmingham area Amy is my realtor of choice. Since it was our first time buying a home she made us feel protected and safe in the decision we were making.
