Coordinating a sale (particularly with a difficult buyer) and buying another home was amazingly managed by Amy. She was supportive, kept us informed and an advocate for us. Highly recommend her services.

We had a very difficult buyer but Amy got us through the sale successfully. She also helped us get the condo we wanted. Excellent service, very responsive and we highly recommend her !!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amy brings exceptional expertise in the luxury market, paired with a high level of professionalism and clear, consistent communication throughout the entire process. My home not only sold quickly, but when it briefly came back on the market, she secured a new contract almost immediately—at an even higher price. She kept me informed every step of the way, making what could have been a stressful situation feel seamless and well-managed. I wouldn’t trust anyone else in the Wilmington area.

Please include Landfall!!! After Amy very ably assisted in the marketing and sale of our condo in Merestone, we decided to hire her again when we were ready to sell our single family home in Landfall. Amy has her finger on the pulse of the Landfall community and cleverly listed and marketed our home to appeal to a particular demographic. The photographer she recommended did an outstanding job! Our home went under contract quickly and the closing seemed effortless. We were very pleased with her attention to detail and professionalism in every aspect. You won’t be disappointed if you choose Amy to represent you in your real estate transactions.

It was our great pleasure to work with Amy Formanek on the recent sale of our home. Amy is knowledgeable, pleasant, and was always available as we moved through the process - a true professional! We would highly recommend Amy Formanek to anyone seeking a real estate broker to buy or sell a home.

We had an amazing experience working with Amy. She went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, and her knowledge of the entire process was impressive. We highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy or sell a home—her attentiveness and expertise truly set her apart.

Amy is great knowledgeable and caring the hardest working agent that I have met. Very helpful in every part of the journey of selling my home

Amy was a lifesaver; she went above and beyond guiding me through the process. The NC home was contingent upon the sale of the NJ home. The NJ buyers were difficult; continuously changing the close date, which put me at risk of losing my new home. I would strongly recommend Amy to everyone.
