We feel so lucky to have found Amy! She really took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us find not only the right town, but a house that checked all of our boxes, within our price range, on only our second try. We ran into a few bumps along the way, and Amy guided us through some tricky negotiations with such grace and confidence. Her advice on the market and pricing was also spot-on. She even took time away from her vacation to help us, and her partner Carolyn was wonderful whenever she stepped in—they make a great team. Amy has also been incredibly helpful since we closed, sharing tons of local recommendations for work on the house and even checking in after the recent flooding to make sure we were okay (thankfully, we weren’t impacted!). We’re so grateful for everything she did for us and would absolutely recommend Amy and Carolyn!

Amy is such a pleasure to work with. She took the time to get to know us and what we wanted, putting in the time and attention necessary to find the home of our dreams. She was always available to connect and made sure we didn't miss a single home we were interested in. This attention to detail carried through the offer and close process as well. She was there with us every step along the way, providing advice and counsel. Since we have closed, she has checked in multiple times to ensure we have everything we need. She is a true rockstar and I would recommend her to everyone I know!

Amy is the most amazing and professional agent in the world! She was super helpful throughout the process and was instrumental in helping us find our dream home!

Amy was amazing from start to finish. She helped is navigate a very difficult market taking on numbers tours and house visits setting us up for success. When we ultimately found the right house for us, Amy was essential negotiating with the seller and was right there with us for the contract signing, home inspection and closing. Would highly recommend Amy to anyone looking for a home in the New Canaan / Darien area.

Amy went above and beyond with our real estate needs, demonstrating patience, tenacity and professionalism throughout our home buying journey. Engaged but never pushy, Amy located the perfect home for our very niche needs, never giving up! I was very appreciative of her excellent follow up too; after closing Amy stayed in touch, helping with key referrals. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her and call her for any future real estate transactions.

From the minute we first connected with the members at the brokerage, we knew we were in great hands. Both Carolyn and Amy have worked with us for years as we've been looking all over Fairfield county. Their responsiveness and knowledge of the towns/neighborhoods/market are unmatched. We couldn't be happier getting to work with them both and Amy single handedly helped us win a bidding war on our house. Would HIGHLY recommend to all.

Amy is the best! She understands my wants and needs and doesn’t waste time with anything else. She’s been highly effective on both the buy- and sell-side. I’d highly recommend Amy for anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Amy was diligent, professional and most importantly incredibly patient throughout our home search. She has terrific insights on location, house styles and drawbacks which helped us immensely in making our final decision. I highly recommend Amy as a stellar partner to anyone embarking on the home buying or selling adventure!

Amy Barsanti did an outstanding job selling our home in Darien, CT. Representing both seller and buyer, Amy’s negotiating was gracious, trusted and professional. In suggesting that all offers were submitted to our real estate lawyer instead of to herself, Amy secured multiple bids over asking price. Amy’s knowledge of both the local residential housing market and actual buyers searching in our price range was invaluable. Amy was a pleasure to work with whilst staying on top of the details. We will be using Amy’s astute services to purchase a new home.
