Absolutely tremendous. I've worked with other realtors before and Amanda uniquely well rounded. Great response time, bold and effective negotiating, great communication, excellent market expertise (in all levels of real estate!) and her attention and knowledge of details in all regards actually helped the lawyers expedite a few things! She encapsulates warm and welcoming simultaneously with being dedicated and tenacious. She listened to what I was looking for, no matter how absurd, and set to work immediately to meet all of my requests. When it came down to deadlines she got the work done so efficiently it allowed for breathing room to iron out any wrinkles in the paperwork. Her office employs a customizable and personalized property search tool which helps cut through the unwanted listings so you can focus solely on what you're looking for. I have already recommended Amanda to a few of my friends. If you're looking for a realtor who's real, efficient, smart and gets it done; Amanda's definitely the one.

Amanda was amazing to work with

Amanda was amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to help us. She was quick to respond, upfront and honest about everything, answered my 100s of questions and made the whole process of buying and selling seamless. I would recommend her to anyone!

I have worked with Amanda on several properties in the past & was happy to again. The experience was outstanding from start to finish. This wasn’t our first time buying real estate, but we needed a house that would fit our family comfortably & she was quick with options. She is also elevating some of the stress by helping us rent out our current house - it is a great benefit to us that she is a property manager as well as a realtor. She was highly responsive, consistently available, and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. Her negotiation skills were top-notch, helping us secure a great deal. What also made a big difference was her network—she connected us with excellent local professionals, which made the entire process smoother and more efficient. Amanda was professional, proactive, and genuinely a pleasure to work with. We wouldn't hesitate to work with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
