I really enjoyed my experience with Amanda. Her communication skills with her clients were five stars plus if you’re looking for a truly knowledgeable realtor with amazing communication skills Amanda is your realtor!!!!!
It was an absolute pleasure to work with Amanda Massingill and Martha Williams to sell my mother's condo. I want to thank them both for making the process as smooth as possible from start to finish, and always being available to speak with us when we had questions or needed updates. Beginning with taking beautiful photographs of her property to both being with her at the final closing, Amanda and Martha are the utmost professionals with a personal touch. I would work with them again anytime!
We were searching from out of town so communication and timely local expertise were important. Amanda and Martha provided both and while not only grateful for their assistance, I would recommend them at the highest level!
This is our second experience working with Amanda Massingill, one representing our son in his first purchase of a home and the other helping us sell our house. We were extremely pleased with Amanda's dedicated service both times.
